Return And Refund Policy

Please note that due to the personal nature of fragrance and the potential for altered scents, Aala Perfumes only accepts returns on our attars or ouds if there is damage to the product or the wrong product has been delivered. In such cases, returns and refunds can be accepted provided that there is video proof of the opening of the parcel, and the return is requested within 2 days of delivery. for that return, refund will be credited in a 4-7 working days
